Eight months ago, NickBrendon.com set up shop on Twitter at @NicholasBrendon. I’ve been posting announcements and updates to the account since.
That all changed on Saturday, with Nick’s first tweet:
word people…its nicky b here.. hope evryone is super well.
Followed about 15 minutes later by:
Hey everyone. Sitting here with jacqui and I think she talked me into this whole twit thing
And he tweeted again today! Starting immediately, I’ll sign all tweets I send through the @NicholasBrendon account, so you’ll know if it’s him or me.

Nicholas will guest star on the season finale of Without a Trace, which The Futon Critic projects will air May 19. After he wraps that up, he’ll start filming a television movie he’s starring in for Lifetime.
And, finally, we’ve set up an account on Twitter. It’s Nick’s only official presence on Twitter — right now, we’re using it to announce Nicholas-related news.
Nicholas Brendon returns to Criminal Minds as Kevin Lynch in tomorrow night’s episode, entitled “Masterpiece.” You can catch it on CBS at 9 p.m. Eastern, 8 Central. And, in breaking news, he’ll be back later this season in an episode he shot last week, titled “Cold Comfort.” We hear online it’s episode 14 this season, slated to air in early 2009.
We’ve rolled out a new look for NickBrendon.com to celebrate Nick’s appearance on Criminal Minds tonight! The official episode description from CBS:

Nicholas has updated his Audioblog — yes, it’s still there!
In it, he discusses Lobster Alice, offering details on his character as well as how to purchase tickets to attend the play, being held at the The Blank Theatre Co. in Los Angeles.
He also mentions his appearance at Dragon*Con in Atlanta during the first weekend in September, during which another actor will take on his role in Lobster Alice.
Nicholas makes his debut in Lobster Alice at The Blank Theatre Co. in Los Angeles tomorrow night!
