Nicholas Brendon to appear at EyeCon event; new play opens tonight

I have a followup to my previous question of “Where do you want to see Nicholas Brendon in 2010?” And those of you who voted for Florida are going to like it:
Nick has signed on to appear at EyeCon’s BloodLust Vampire Festival, scheduled for May 7-9 in Orlando! James Leary and Camden Toy are also on the guest list. Tickets go on sale Monday — who’s going?
And for those of you on the other side of the country: The Blank Theatre Co.’s Why Torture Is Wrong, and the People Who Love Them starts tonight! Are you going this weekend? If you don’t have tickets yet, you can still get them from OvationTix.

Speaking of the play, we’re kicking around the idea of throwing some sort of fan get-together sort of thing after a March show. Would anyone be interested?
well you know my thoughts on this March idea
and roomie and i are seeing the play on the 5th, so will have my review then. very excited cuz Durang is crazy!
hi,
orlando is definitely to far away for me… so sad!
still hope he will appear at the hallowhedon 2…..
trixi
Me too, orlando is too far for me.
I hope that Nick will come to Europe or hallowhedon 2.I try to hope again.
I’m so sad … Nick, i miss you.
I tried going to a con when Nick was still on ‘Buffy’. Things did NOT go well. The sponsors of the area would not allow me to get in line with my wheelchair. Things are far worse now and it takes effort, and $$$, to get there and he’d be the only one I’d be there to see. Being deaf I just do not enjoy things with large crowds. However for my fellow Nick-CFL (Central Florida) fans, thanx for gracing our state. 8-D
See, I even typo my own name. ?
James Leary’s going too? Damn Nick better make sure the bars hide the vodka in advance!!
Ah, Orlando is much closer than London for me! Although I already have my tickets to Hallowhedon 2, I just might have to make a trip to Florida in May. Jade, you are so funny, but it’s so true! We had so much fun at Hallowhedon with those two (Nick and James), I see a road trip in my future.
