LOVED IT. and everyone saw how much we enjoyed it- we were right down front. seemed like a quiet audience though :( but we had a great time (I think Steve did too as his timing with the barks was impeccable, lol) we knew we'd enjoy the play's material as we both enjoy Sedaris' work but Nick was spot on- very funny and touching. I haven't been able to catch one of Nick's shows at The Blank before but have heard from very good friends that they've been just as good (he made a rock star SQUEE!). very glad to have gotten the chance to make it to this show. great job, Nick. We are both huge Sedaris fans and now we're also big Brendon fans (truth be told we loved Nicholas in Buffy but now we're really fans). He played the part of David perfectly and I loved how he involved the audience as well. It made for some seriously funny moments. We went to talk to him after the show and he was very kind. He posed for pictures and even fulfilled a very silly request by my wife. Thanks Nicholas! My wife and I went to see this on the 5th.
