I know that you have struggled with it yourself. We share that we both have identical twins, which the literature teaches us makes us quite predisposed to stuttering. I work in a challenging field in which I have frequent public speaking roles in contexts of high anxiety (I am the director of a disaster response agency), and many people do not even know that I have signficant "fluency disorders."
